Executive Officers

  • BFOREC may appoint a Executive officer and other employees to undertake such action as is necessary to fulfil its objects, implement Board decisions, and manage its business, financial or otherwise.

  • The Executive officer should not be a member of the Board but should attend and clerk its meetings and those of the BFOREC Forum, ensuring that the powers and duties of BFOREC are properly exercised, and offering advice to members at the Chair’s invitation.
