The Federation of
Racial Equality Councils is a company limited by guarantee
(6423531, commencment date 9 November 2007) and is in the
process of registering as a charity. The BFOREC Ltd
registered company address is iBIC, Unit 10, Holt Court
South, Jennens Road, Aston Science Park, Birmingham, B7 4EJ.
It is
governed by a memorandum
and articles of association. The Federation has a
membership of regional representatives, country-wide
representatives and co-opted, members - see
National Forum Membership.
The National Forum elects
honorary officers who serve as the registered
directors of the BFOREC Ltd Company - see
BFOREC Limited Board.
